St Peter & St Paul, Rock, Nr Bewdley, 1860's

The photograph of the two central figures on the reredos and the drawing of the pulpit design are from the archive material uncovered in 2015. The stall carvings are very similar to the ones William did at St Edburgas around the same time as these were installed, but as yet there is no clear evidence that these are by him.

ROCK. ST. PETER’S CHURCH. This church, which has recently undergone considerable alterations... The architect was Mr. Preedy, recently of Worcester, but now of London; the builder, Mr. J. Griffiths, of Eldersfield; the carving by Mr. Forsyth, of Worcester [Worcester Journal].
