Monument to Dean Elliot, Bristol Cathedral 1895

Gilbert Elliot was Dean of Bristol Cathedral for over 40 years until his death in 1891. In his time he was a leading figure in the restoration of the Cathedral. This monument was unveiled in July 1895 and cost £500. It is designed to show Elliot as he looked 20 years before his death
