The Worcestershire Chronicle reports “ Extensive and costly alterations and additions to this church have been going on for several months, the principal feature being the building of new chancel, which will be solemnly opened on Sunday next…..the general contract has been carried out by Mr. J. Kendrick, and the three marble altars and pulpit have been executed by Mr. W. Forsyth, of Worcester, the whole from the designs of Mr. S. J. Nicholl, of 1 Caversham-Road, London “
William Forsyth also completed, as a gift to the Church, the two water stoups soon after the above work
