The 'Brintons' Drinking fountain, Kidderminster, 1876
Commissioned by John Brinton, owner of Brinton's carpets, a huge local manufacturer at the time ( Kidderminster is still called the 'Carpet Town' ) the fountain replaced the toll house located at this point in the town. In 2013 it is fenced off, but a Wyre Forest council plan is to renovate it soon.
