THE NEW CEMETERY. – A beautiful new mortuary cross has just been erected in the cemetery, to indicate the portion of ground allotted for the
burial of Roman Catholics. It is 17 feet high, has an octagonal base of forest stone, with shaft and cross of Portland stone, finely sculptured by
Mr. Forsyth, of this city, who also designed the cross.
