The Manchester Courier reports “The monument erected in St Paul’s cathedral in memory of the deceased officers and men of the 7th Royal Fusiliers who lost their lives in the Afghan campaign, 1879-1880, has just been uncovered in the North aisle. The memorial, which is the work of Mr. J. Forsyth, is erected by surviving comrades and friends “
